Thank you in advanced for you time and consideration. This is my first crop and thread so I apologize if this topic is redundant. So I moved the cakes to a bin lined with aluminum foil and have an aquarium light on them 12+ hours a day I open up the tub once a day for a couple minutes for air exchange. My concern was that the bodies may die and rot causing mold growth. I started inoculation and induced fruiting conditions using grow bags, barley substrate, compost, and casing from shroom supply.Īfter pinheads began to appear and grow, I noticed that some bodies were pushed up against the bag. Thai Koh Samuiįrom reading through some threads, this may be a air exchange or humidity issue. Additionally, the larger fruiting bodies appear to be significantly different than I have seen in other posts for P.C. The caps seem to be pealing off and they look a little dry. The mycellium seems to be overtaking the fruiting bodies and retarded their growth.
I have been cultivating Thailand Koh Samui Super Strain, and am concerned about the fruiting stage.
